Former Genesis frontman Peter Gabriel debuted songs from his recently-released album Scratch My Back with a pair of shows across the pond at London’s O2 Arena on March 27 and 28, reported Spinner. Scratch My Back is comprised of “reinterpreted” covers from artists like Neil Young, Radiohead and others. Gabriel’s first studio album in eight years, the effort features composition help from Durutti Column’s John Metcalfe. Passion Pit Tickets – Passion Pit To Release Deluxe Edition Of Debut Album While On Tour
Passion Pit released its standout debut album Manners last spring, and this spring the Massachusetts-bred band is issuing a deluxe version of the album. NME.com reported that the expanded edition of Manners will feature brand new artwork and three bonus tracks. Album songs “Sleepyhead” and “Moth’s Wings” will receive a mellow makeover for the new version of Manners while the deluxe edition will feature a new cover of the Cranberries’ “Dreams.” Fans can snatch up their deluxe edition of Passion Pit’s debut on April 13. Along with the announcement of an expanded version of Manners comes the news that Passion Pit have tacked on more dates to their North American road trip.
