The Dead Weather Tickets – Jack White’s Newest Band Announces New Release

Two bands just weren’t enough for White Stripes frontman Jack White, and his newest-assembled rock group the Dead Weather is proving that perhaps the musician has saved the best for last. The Dead Weather, a force on the rock scene since forming in 2009, has just announced the release of the band’s sophomore set dubbed Sea of Cowards, and the date to circle on calendars is May 11, which is when it will be available to the public. Quickly following the Dead Weather’s debut album Horehound in 2009, Sea of Cowards is projected to be an even bigger release, already swirling around the music scene with the album’s first single, “Die by the Drop.” The single was unleashed to the public on March 30 and the music video quickly followed suit, released via iTunes on April 6. Bonnaroo Music Festival Tickets- 2009 Bonnaroo Dates Announced

The eighth annual Bonnaroo Music Festival will be held in its usual Manchester, Tenn. location (an hour southeast of Nashville) June 11-14. Although a lineup announcement isn’t expected until early next year, the first round of tickets’ pre-sales began Dec. 4. The festival promoters have taken the economy into consideration, as the first batch of tickets was available for the first time as part of a payment plan with five installments of $50. Bonnaroo won the Top Festival honor at the Billboard Touring Awards for the fourth time last month and tickets are sure to be in high demand even if the lineup hasn’t yet been revealed. Bonnaroo Music Festival Tickets – Bonnaroo Music Festival Brings On Music And Comedy

Although the annual Bonnaroo Music Festival is best known for its music-last year’s headliners included Phish, Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band, Snoop Dogg and Nine Inch Nails—the Manchester, Tenn. festival also showcases an impressive array of comedians. In the past, Bonnaroo has featured hilarious entertainers like Jimmy Fallon, Chris Rock, Lewis Black, David Cross, Zach Galifianakis, Dave Attel and Louis CK, and this year, none other than Conan O’Brien will perform.
